Commencing operation in 1982, Sun Chung Property Management's first project was Bank of China (BOC) Tower, to which building supervision and preliminary management services were provided. Following the building's completion, we have been acting as its property manager for nearly 20 years, earning us an international reputation which eventually led to the formation of an individual business unit. In 2000, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of China Group Investment Ltd., which considers property management as one of its strategic business units.
Our everlasting commitment to improving service standards and quality incessantly while living up to the image of an internationally acclaimed brand was demonstrated by the introduction of international quality management practices by the Hong Kong headquarters and Sun Chung (China) many years ago. Quality Management System ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001, Customer Service System ISO 10002, SGS Hygiene Control System and OHSAS18001 were a few of them. Along with the pursuit of systematic quality management, we take active participation in various public assessment campaigns. Awards including an excellent rating in the "Indoor Air Quality Certification Program", the "Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method" and a certificate of the "Fresh Water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme" are testaments to our commitment to high quality service. |
